AcreScout ("we") is a search and analysis tool for land listed for sale in Canada. By using it you agree to these terms.

What AcreScout is

We collect asking prices and basic facts from public listings, then add our own rankings, estimates, scores and notes. We link to the original listing for full details. We are not a real estate brokerage and don't represent buyers or sellers.

Not advice

Listings change, sell, or contain errors, and our estimates and scores are automated and approximate. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Confirm every detail with the listing agent, a lawyer and the relevant land registry before you make an offer.

Accounts and access

You can preview AcreScout without an account. Creating an account with your email gives you one free day of full access.
The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Receipts and billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Lifetime access is a one-time payment that gives you access for as long as AcreScout operates.
Accounts are for one person. Don't share your sign-in, resell the data, or copy it in bulk with scripts or bots. We may suspend accounts that do.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Liability

AcreScout is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. For paid plans, we'll email you before any change that affects what you pay.
