Privacy policy

This policy explains what AcreScout collects and why, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts and account notices.
A sign-in cookie, which keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your IP address, briefly, to limit abuse of free previews and sign-in emails.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and our database. Resend sends our emails. Stripe processes payments. Each of them handles data under its own privacy terms, and some of them store data outside Canada.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your choices

Email hello@acrescout.ca to see, correct, or delete your information. Deleting your account ends any paid access.
